Learn how to help your child with school at our in person parent meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 6th at 10AM in our MPR or on ZOOM at 6PM.

6th Grade WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) Orientation is on Tuesday, August 8th from 9-12. Students should be dropped off in the MPR at 9AM and picked up at 12PM. During orientation parents may go to the library to purchase PE clothes and pick-up books. PTSA will be hosting an optional information session for parents during orientation. 7th and 8th Grade students may come to school on Wednesday, August 9th anytime between 9-12 to pick up books and purchase PE clothes as needed.

Need help completing returning student online registration or new student enrollment for an NLMUSD school? District staff will be available at Hutchinson and Corvallis from 8AM to 11AM and 3PM to 6PM on the listed dates to assist with enrollments and registrations for all NLMUSD schools. All new and returning students in the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District must complete enrollment/registration for the 23-24 school year.

Tdap clinics will be held at Waite for incoming 7th graders who are still in need of the booster vaccination.

Hutchinson will be offering our Expanded Learning Program this summer. It is open to all incoming and current students. The summer program will take place from June 13th to June 30th on Tuesdays - Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A break and snack will be provided to students. These summer classes are for enrichment. Students will not earn grades nor credits. Each class is designed to run all three weeks. The district will also offer a separate After-School Program each day from 12:00-5:30 PM. There will be an informational meeting for next year's Washington DC Trip on Thursday, May 25th at 7:00 PM in Hutchinson's MPR.
